[This time when Roxy's gear turns on, she seems to be in a much better mood than before. She's grinning and kicking back on the shoulder of her Feraligatr, a habit she's starting to get into because being almost eight feet off the ground gives her a pretty good view of her surroundings.]

Hiya guys! So, yeah, I'm totes chill now so everything's all good. Still sucks that my BFF is gone, but I'm managin' pretty damn good. Woulda updated y'all sooner, but I had some travelin' plans I had to take care of first.

Anyway, so I went to get my Boulder Badge before I left Kanto, right? Man, not only did Toto kick ass and take names, he evolved in the battle! But Sebby came in an' saved the day at the end cause I guess I kinda got ahead of myself and my two boys weren't ready to take the full charge yet cause a level differences, but they did pretty sweet too. An' ya know what else?

[She stops and giggles at this part, even days later still oh so amused at how the battle ended.]

Brock even proposed to me! He's such a sweetie, an' pretty cute too. Almost broke my heart tellin' him it just wasn't meant to be.

[She sighs wistfully, but it's broken up by another giggle.]

Hey, Haru, if you're not too busy messin' around in the water somewhere, I just got to Cherrygrove a while ago. Thinkin' we shouldn't leave till like, mornin' or somethin', but I got your egg ready for ya.

[The camera pans to show six Eevee eggs in a pile under a tree, being guarded by a Flareon being leaned on by a grumpy looking Grovyle with a pretty smug Buneary in pointy shades sitting on the pile.]

An' then there's another matter I got a prob with. I got five Eevee eggs here that don't got no homes to go to, thinkin' of either sellin' them cheap or givin' them out free to trainers or breeders who don't have an Eevee yet. So yeah, hit me up if you're interested! Like I said, I'm here in Cherrygrove so props to you if you're in the area, but if not I'm sure I can get them to you somehow.

[For a moment she looks like she's going to end the feed there, but she seems to think better of it. Might as well get all the questions out of the way now.]

Oh yeah, and there's a couple other things. Like, how do you get two Pokemon that seem to be in a constant dick showin' competition to knock it the hell off and get along? Sebby won the day, but T-Cool's been kind of a bitch ever since, don't think he liked losin' that much. And lastly but totes one of the most important things, I wanna teach my Abra and Ralts to play chess together, anyone got any tips for that?

[He takes the egg from her and stares at it-- wow, it's really heavy, and kind of warm. Alive. He feels responsible for its well being and doesn't entirely like that sensation, but it's definitely his now so there's no going back.]

Was gonna check in at the Inn. We can totes share a room with two beds if you want, we're gonna be spendin' a lot a time in the air and probs have to take landin' breaks on the routes, so may as well sleep in a good Inn when we got the chance.

[And she's reaching into her pocket to pull out a map she'd made with travel estimates, she totally came prepared.]

[Haru grips the egg tightly in both arms and comes over to inspect the map, looking it over closely. Seems thorough, despite all the time she spends talking she's apparently pretty capable.]

[The least she can do considering she's the one forcing him to stop bumming off of the PokeCenter. When she puts her mind to it, she can be pretty damned resourceful and capable as hell. She leans closer to point out the flight plan on the map.]

Only one of my friends were here an' she left a little while before you arrived. So, without her around I don't really got nothin' better to do. I'm not a trainer, just a breeder, so I don't need to go an' do the whole gym thin' unless I really wanna. It's kinda fun, but explorin' and seein' Johto will be fun too, ya know? 'Sides, if I can help someone out who needs it, it makes me happy.
